Que inconsistencia orar y predicar como un seguidor del Papa Ginebrino, y cantar, alabar y adorar como un pentecostal.
Un buen artículo para meditar con la mano en el corazón. Es del Dr Peter Masters, pastor de la Iglesia El Tabernaculo donde predicaría en el siglo antepasado el Sr Spurgeon. Que su mensaje llame profundamente nuestra atencion a los que anhelamos una verdadera reforma en nuestro medio:

I share the criticisms in the article by Masters. I would add that true Calvinism is Reformed in not only worship and lifestyle (godliness) but also Refomed in church government and the administration of the sacraments

I read the article and I agree with its contents. The Calvinist leaders
of today are definitely compromising with worldliness. All the Calvinist
leaders mentioned in the article are false Christians. I believe that
there is a merger going on between Calvinism and the Charismatic movement.
I know that John Macarthur endorses a pillar of the charismatic movement,
Greg Laurie. I have been to dozens of Calvinist websites and blogsites
and I have noticed as well that they won’t practice separation from
worldly things. They are constantly giving their review of the latest
book or movie that has come out. I am aware of Macarthur’s Resolved
Conferences. These conferences, which have a worldly show-business
atmosphere, are for the purpose of allowing diverse ministries to meet and
blend and find common ground and ultimately unify. It’s all about forming
the one-world church. All these men mentioned, like Macarthur, are also
ecumenists and bridge-builders. I have also noticed that these young
Calvinist bloggers are very prideful and arrogant. They are proud of
their Calvinist knowledge and they think they are intellectuals, but they
don’t practice true Christianity. All their Christianity is in their
head. They don’t have any desire to forsake all for Christ.

In my opinion, what is really going on is not just a merger of Calvinism
with worldliness, but a merger of Calvinism with the Church Growth
movement or with Rick Warren’s agenda. All the men I am familiar with who
are mentioned (Macarthur, Dever, Mohler, Driscoll, Piper) are on board
with Rick Warren’s agenda. And that agenda is to synthesize Christians
and churches with the world and to get Christians to serve the world
system. If you go to these Calvinist leaders church websites, then you
will see the structure and much of the language of Rick Warren. They will
all preach against Rick Warren and his compromise and his Arminianism,
while they fully embrace his agenda which is Communitarianism—merging
the church with government and business. They will all emphasize small
groups for “building community” on their websites.
